 Try this little quiz about Christian Love: In some places I have used the
word LOVE in the place of CHARITY, as the word
CHARITY has a different connotation in our society today.
1. Matthew
22:37, 38: Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt (4
letters) the Lord thy God with all thy (6 letters), and with all thy (4
letters), and with all thy (4 letters). This is the (5 letters) and (5 letters)
commandment.
2. Mark 12:31: And the
second is like, namely this, Thou shalt (4 letters) thy (8 letters) as thyself.
There is none other (11 letters) greater than these.
3. I John 4:17: Herein
is our (4 letters) made (7 letters), that we may have (7 letters), in the day of
judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
4. I John 4:18: There
is no (4 letters) in (4 letters); but perfect (4 letters) casteth out fear:
because fear hath (7 letters), He that feareth is not made perfect in (4
letters). Vs. 19: We(4 letters) Him because he first loved us.
5. I John 4:20: If a
man say, I (4 letters) God and hateth his (8 letters), he is a liar: for he that
(6 letters) not his (7 letters) whom he hath seen, how can he (4 letters) God
whom he hath not seen?
6. I John 4:21: And
this (11 letters) have we from him, that he who (7 letters) God (4 letters) his
brother also.
7. John 13:34: A new
commandment I give unto you, that ye (4 letters) one (7 letters); as I have (5
letters) you, that ye also (4 letters) one (7 letters).
8. I Corinthians 13:1:
Though I (5 letters) with the tongues of men and of (6 letters), and have not (4
letters), I am become as sounding brass and tinkling symbols.
9. I Corinthians
13:4:(4 letters) suffereth long, and is (4 letters); (4 letters) envieth
