Dear Praying and Supporting Friends!

It has been on my mind for some time to share with you my testimony of God's leading in my life. I was called as a young child to be a missionary to India and my ambition from my youth was to fulfill that calling.

My earliest experience was with New Tribes Mission working with two American ladies, pioneering amongst illiterate Hill Tribes people, in Salem District, South India. For a period of time after my first years in India, I was unable to return to India; thus I ministered in the West Indies, teaching Bible to potential Christian workers.

Over the past 54 years, by God’s grace, I have helped to establish two missions in India. By faith we built a big church in Chilakaluripet, Andhra Pradesh, where the population of 150,000 is comprised of Hindus and Muslims, with very little Christian witness. The church has grown to over 2000 members, and is now self-supporting. Pastors and evangelists have been trained and sent out to evangelize and to establish churches in the rural villages

The ministry of praying for the sick and seeing them miraculously healed, or other miracles happening has been the instrument used in seeing the amazing growth. Together with this, sound teaching of the Scriptures has made strong believers.

God has given me my sister-in-law, Faith Splane, from Lacombe, Alberta, to travel with me, and to do the secretarial work, thus lifting a lot of the burden off my aging shoulders. Faith is devoted to the ministry and has a great burden for the lost.

In 2007, we advanced into other un-reached regions up in East Godavari District. There we also started a new mission called: GOSPEL OF CHRIST OUTREACH. Indian Pastor N. Christer, a devout young man, is in charge there supervising twenty-two other pastors. They are seeing many conversions and establishing churches.

We were supporting eight pastors in the Rajahmundry area as well as three in the Vishakhaputnam area. This year we have added five more pastors to Rajahmundry area and five in Vijayawada. Each month the pastors are paid 2000INR (Indian Rupees - Approx $50CDN). There are always many children in need. We were able to send some Christmas gifts to a few. The young girls need training so it has been proposed to start a sewing school. We ask you to pray for these needs and if you can help, each gift is gratefully appreciated.
