Everyday life can be so exhausting
Life can give you frosting--or sometimes a little pie.
Time passes on quickly by, but in your heart
You have that dream; you have that yearning;
You have that ambition; and you can’t let go.
Your dream can happen. You just never give up.
Good things can blossom. Faith makes it so.
Sometimes our lives are busy and cluttered.
Too much is expected. We often feel flustered.
But in your heart you have that dream.
You work everyday on your next scene:
Who your characters will be…Time for another cup of tea.
Back to work on my next chapter.
What comes first? What comes after?
The big day comes. Manuscript is done!
Search for a publisher has begun.
Sending the manuscript on its way,
Hoping luck will have a say.
So I can have my dream be real.
My one ambition! My great desire!
My dream can happen!
My hopes get brighter.
A dream so close I can almost grab it.
When it happens I can have it.
