From a little town in Iowa,
Came a common average lad,
He'd accepted Christ as Savior,
'Cause he knew that he was bad.
But as he grew to manhood,
Walking with the Lord,
He knew that God had called him,
To preach His holy Word.
From his King James Bible
He studied very hard,
Memorizing Scripture,
And praying to the Lord.
He knew the time was coming,
Not very far away,
And he wanted to be ready
For preaching on that day.
Now listen to his message,
It's true and it's straight,
You've got to trust in Jesus,
To enter Heaven's gate.
The best of men are sinners
Says Romans three and ten,
And on the way to a devil's Hell
Unless they're born again.
Yes listen to that Preacher
From that Iowa town,
Listen to his message,
He's preaching all around.
He 's calling you to the altar
To repent of sin,
And open up your hearts door
Invite the Savior in.
So come now ol' proud sinner,
And humble your vain heart,
Hear the Savior calling you,
From your pride depart.
The day of judgments coming,
So kneel before the cross;
Just trust in Christ as Savior,
"ere your soul is lost.

PRAISING THE LORD EVERY DAY
Praising the Lord every day,
Praising the Lord all the way.
From morning till evening,
Hours in between,
Praising the Lord,
My Savior and King.
A DAY COMING ON THE HORIZON
Oh my friend, won't you trust in Jesus,
To receive God's forgiveness of sin;
There's just no other way to gain Heaven
Than through faith in Him who bore your sin.
There's a day coming on the horizon,
A day of your judgment coming soon;
Oh why then my friend do you linger,
To trust in Jesus, and receive life anew?
In Acts twenty-six, twenty-eight,
King Agrippa rejected God's Word,
He almost believed, Christ to receive,
But turned down the grace of the Lord,
Oh friend don't make the same decision,
And turn away your heart from God's grace,
The day will soon arrive, that death will close your eyes,
And eternal life will than be too late.
So now while you're still breathing,
In simple faith, believe in Jesus Christ;
I urge you to do so immediately,
For by faith in Him alone is eternal life.

FRIENDS
Proverbs 18:24
Every one needs a friend,
A true and faithful friend.
Some one upon whom,
You can always depend.
There IS just such a Friend who is
More faithful than a brother;
He is none other, than Jesus,
The Almighty Redeemer.
So....
When you are hurt and angry
When you are sad and tearful,
When you feel like a failure,
When you are worried and fearful,
Remember....
Jesus loves you with everlasting love,
And upon Him you can always depend.
So trust Him with your life;
Believe in Him as Saviour and Friend.
