There are many hurting souls
in a world filled with pain.
Clouds of shadow and gloom
appear like the falling rain.
But Someone truly cares.
He's waiting there for you.
Simply call out to Him.
That’s all you've got to do.
He'll comfort you in His arms
and wipe away each tear.
His presence is so sweet,
no longer will you fear.
He'll fill your life with joy,
put a smile upon your face.
You'll know He's close by,
by His loving embrace.

Mary’s Bio: I am 55 and have been married for 37 years to the same man. I have four wonderful children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. I have been writing poetry for many years, as it has been my passion. I write inspirational poetry as well as other types. I have volunteered in a nursing home for about 15 years teaching Bible Study. I have experienced seeing men and woman accepting Christ, some right before they passed away.
