Rejoice!
Kay Seefeldt
When forsythia bloom ....and awakening willows ....have wept their tears of gold, Emergent green timidly knocks ....at winter's battered, brown threshold. Pussy willows have thrown ....off their coats of ermine ....anticipating warmer, milder days, And Robins cheerily herald daffodils, who ....gracefully pirouette onto the vernal stage. No season can quite compare ....to this pastel hued paradise ....abounding with fragrant floral treasures. While fading night time sky is painted ....afresh with each priceless dawn. Reverent hearts rejoice in Songs of Praise ....for the Glories of a loving God, And His promise of Rebirth for every man. © Kay Seefeldt
